As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Shelbyville, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. By conducting routine patrols and remaining highly visible, you help to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour

Wed04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Thur04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Fri04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding as appropriate during emergencies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any irregularities or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or site representatives as required.

Assist with controlling access to designated areas and monitor entry points as directed by site-specific protocols.

Maintain detailed and accurate patrol logs and incident reports according to established guidelines.

Support Allied Universal and site management in upholding the security-related standards and protocols expected within a manufacturing and industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
