Warehouse Associate - $18/hr | Sterling, VA

About the Role

Adecco is currently assisting a local company in recruiting for a Warehouse Associate in Sterling , VA . This is a temporary opportunity with a pay rate of $18 per hour . The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.

Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Verify the completeness and correctness of all outgoing shipments.

Stock and store materials and supplies within the warehouse.

Report inventory damage or loss to the supervisor.

Operate forklifts (stand-up and sit-down).

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area.

Follow all GMP, safety, and food safety guidelines.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.

Must have forklift experience (stand-up and sit-down) .

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold or freezer environments.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus).

Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

Work conditions include cold (+25-40°F) and freezer (-10°F) environments.

Must follow all safety and hygiene requirements.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
