Overview :

Audacy Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, has current openings for experienced MEDIA SALES REPS, with market leaders, WKRZ, FROGGY 101, WILK and La Mega. As a core member of the Audacy sales team, you'll be responsible for generating new business and nurturing existing client partnerships. This involves creating integrated marketing strategies using Audacy's full audio, digital, podcast, event, and OTT video solutions. Your goal is to meet and exceed revenue targets, leveraging consultative selling techniques and collaborative campaign delivery with internal teams.The best candidates are self-motivated, creative, pro-active problem solvers, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast paced environment. Audacy Wilkes-Barre/Scranton utilizes the latest tools and technology and offers a comprehensive training program.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Solicit new business, preparing appropriate sales presentations.

Daily use of Salesforce.

Analyze customer needs and provide customers with creative ideas while utilizing all of our assets to address their challenges and achieve their goals.

You must be highly motivated, persuasive and have strong oral and written communication skills.

If you are of high energy, enthusiastic, motivated, persuasive and have the ability to build value and relationships, and also enjoy meeting and working with people, we want to talk to you.

Qualifications

More About You:

Required:

A valid drivers license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.

Preferred:

Media sales.

Sports sponsorship.

Digital sales background preferred.

Successful track record of new business development.

Proven track record in meeting and exceeding defined sales goals.

Strategic multi-level selling.
