Description

We are looking for Inside Plant Techs to help support the team in building out of a large hyper-scaler data center. This person will be responsible for setting up the newly built environment by building out the infrastructure to include: pulling cable, patching cable, server installation and connection. This Lead/Foreman will help with scheduling and time tracking of the ISP Technicians. Desired Skills - Process-minded with an attention to detail. - Strong problem-solving and analysis skills. - Ability to adapt to change while maintaining an environment of consistency. - Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills. - Effective time management skills, working within deadlines. - Effective communication skills. - Works effectively without close direction. - Capable of physically carrying and moving up to 50 lbs (23 kg).

Must have strong communication and organizational skills. MP needs a strong culture fit with the eam dynamic. This is a very dynamic work environment, including entry level techs, Project Superintendents, and Project Managers all working together for a common goal. The projcts are importnat and have strict time lines involved.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Trenton, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
