Contract role

Pay Rate $34/HR.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Professional with 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role provides comprehensive administrative support to multiple teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, efficient coordination, and a positive workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Support: Deliver high-quality administrative assistance across multiple teams, fostering collaboration and operational efficiency.

Calendar & Scheduling Support: Provide backup calendar management, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely communication of changes.

Travel & Expense Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, manage itineraries, and process expense reports accurately and promptly.

Procurement & Office Management: Oversee the purchase of office supplies, equipment, and services; maintain vendor relationships and manage inventory.

Meeting & Event Logistics: Organize team meetings and events, including agenda preparation, logistics coordination, and on-site support.

Policy & Process Compliance: Support department operations including finance, personnel, and facilities; ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.

Special Projects: Assist with or lead ad hoc projects, contributing to team goals and organizational initiatives.

On-Site Presence: Serve as a key point of contact for office logistics, space planning, and facility needs; role may involve lifting items up to 20 lbs.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of administrative experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to support multiple teams or departments simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Pay Details: $34.00 per hour
