Job Description:

Our department at L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong oral and organizational skills. This role is critical in supporting our team and requires an individual who can manage multiple tasks with precision and reliability. Key qualities for this position include excellent judgment, attention to detail, and a consistent, professional demeanor. The ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion, as well as effectively communicate, is essential.

Essential Functions:

Provide Engineering department support

Provide meeting support: minutes, follow-up on action items, conference room scheduling/equipment, and catering as needed.

Arrange travel itineraries through the Corporate Travel Office and assist with timely submission of expense reports.

Maintain calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings and events

Ensure office supplies are available and support additional tasks and projects, as needed.

Arrange labor corrections for team members

Maintain confidentiality.

Must be a team player

Qualifications:

Requires developing job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications

Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance, which requires US Citizenship
