Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Manager II to join their dynamic team. As a Project Manager II, you will be an integral part of the Commercial Excellence team supporting organizational initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency, and growth.

Job Title: Project Manager II

Location: Lake Forest, IL (100% Onsite)

Contact: 12 Months

Pay Range: $54 to $57/hr on W2

What's the Job?

Lead strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring clear goals, structured plans, and timely delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs to align project objectives and drive results.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project management reports, track KPIs, and analyze data to support senior leadership decision-making.

Facilitate project meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and oversee change management initiatives to foster organizational growth.

Identify risks, remove obstacles, and ensure project success through proactive problem-solving and organizational alignment.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related fields.

Proven experience in project management, with strong stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams effectively.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and prepare insightful reports.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and PowerBI; familiarity with project management software and tools.
