This role leads the strategic direction, development, and performance of content across LinkedIn's owned, earned, and paid channels-connecting storytelling to business impact across both B2B and B2C audiences. Acting as the central hub for content within the Social, Creator & Partnerships Center of Excellence, this leader ensures that every piece of content-whether creator-led, editorial, or campaign-driven-advances brand priorities and drives measurable outcomes.
You'll partner closely with product and integrated marketing, comms, brand, creative, and analytics teams to unify messaging, streamline briefs, and ensure our content ecosystem supports integrated go-to-market campaigns and tentpole moments. From LinkedIn to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Reddit, you'll define and evolve the content strategy that fuels these platforms-grounded in insights, elevated by creativity, and optimized for performance.
You'll also champion a culture of experimentation-tracking cultural and platform trends, piloting emerging formats and tools, and translating results into actionable learnings. As a cross-functional influencer and storyteller, you'll help the organization make smarter, faster, and more consistent content decisions that strengthen our brand narrative and maximize our reach across audiences and regions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Content Leadership: Own and evolve the content strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and business objectives across B2B and B2C audiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product marketing, brand, comms, creative, and analytics teams to craft unified messaging and ensure content supports integrated campaigns and storytelling across channels.
Intake & Brief Management: Act as the first stop for cross-functional partners, streamlining briefs, and coordinating with the CoE to identify the best activation approach.
COE Campaigns and Events: Lead overall content strategy for go-to-market campaigns and events across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube.
Performance & Insights: Define success metrics for content initiatives, analyze performance, and deliver actionable insights that inform editorial decisions and content evolution.
Trendspotting & Innovation:Monitor content, cultural, and platform trends to keep the brand relevant. Pilot emerging content formats, storytelling techniques, distribution methods, and tools to increase reach and engagement.
Stakeholder Influence & Alignment: Collaborate with product marketing, sales, creative agencies, analytics, and external partners to ensure content strategies ladder up to broader marketing objectives. Advocate for best-in-class storytelling and consistency across regions and business units.
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of experience developing and executing content strategies in B2C, B2B, or technology sectors, across formats and platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and blogs.
5+ years of experience working cross-functionally in matrixed environments, collaborating with marketing, creative, and analytics teams.
4+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects across regions, with proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively at multiple levels.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience collaborating with creative and production teams to develop compelling content experiences.
Experience managing content strategies for global or multi-regional audiences.
Familiarity with influencer, creator, or thought leadership content in B2B @contexts.
Experience with content and social performance tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Tubular, Google Analytics, CreatorIQ, CMS platforms)
Experience managing brand reputation or sensitive communications through content.
Passion for building scalable, innovative content programs that resonate across audiences.
Experience driving measurable business outcomes through content initiatives.
Experience in leveraging data and insights to optimize content performance.

The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
