Bostik Inc., a global leader in adhesive technologies, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focusedAccount Specialistto join our team in Radnor, PA. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting revenue growth through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer orders, pricing, and delivery coordination using SAP, Salesforce, and HighRadius

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution

Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to align customer needs with production and delivery schedules

Maintain accurate customer records, process returns/credits, and support complaint resolution

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with ISO 9000 standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required

3-6 years of experience in order management or customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment

Proficiency in SAP (strongly preferred), Salesforce, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
