Forklift Driver (Reach Truck)

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: Temp-Hire | Overtime Required

Position Overview

A leading furniture and appliance supplier is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Forklift Driver with Reach Truck, RF Gun, and inventory experience . The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proven track record of reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and reach trucks safely and efficiently.

Use RF guns for scanning and inventory tracking.

Perform inventory control , including receiving, storing, and organizing products.

Load and unload heavy furniture and appliances.

Exercise sound judgment when requesting team lifts for items 50 lbs or heavier .

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Support team operations through overtime when needed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of recent forklift experience (REQUIRED) .

Valid driver's license .

Updated resume showing forklift experience.

Must pass a forklift assessment with a minimum score of 80% .

Must complete a physical Reach Truck test during the in-person interview.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and request assistance as needed.

Excellent attendance and punctuality - tardiness or absenteeism will result in removal from the assignment.

Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and attention to detail .

Additional Information

In-person interviews are required.

Candidates must be willing to work overtime as needed.

This position requires consistent reliability and professionalism .

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
