About The Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced L10 Account Manager to join our Sell Side Account Management Team at S&P Global. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our sell side clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving the growth of our services within this segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in capital markets, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of account management.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with sell side clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements and enhance their experience with S&P Global.
Identify opportunities for account growth and work proactively to expand service offerings within existing accounts.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Conduct regular account reviews and performance assessments, presenting findings to clients and internal teams.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing S&P Global's value proposition and solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all client interactions.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,817 to $90,308. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We are Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
Strong understanding of sellside operations, products, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
