Job Description

Join our team as a Machine Operator Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the machine operator to ensure top-quality production. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

Assist the machine operator to ensure the highest quality production.

Support changeovers efficiently and effectively.

Collect and stage production supplies correctly within the warehouse.

Perform quality control checks to maintain product standards.

Maintain accurate records of production activities.

Collaborate effectively in a production and manufacturing environment.

Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Communicate effectively, including verbal and written communication, listening, problem-solving, and information exchange.

Build and sustain strong working relationships with team members.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
