We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our clients fast-paced and dynamic organization. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the accounting and financial operations of a globally-focused, private equity-backed company with $250-$300M in annual revenue. Having recently spun off from a larger, highly successful organization, we are in a high-growth phase, and this role is integral to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our consolidated financial reporting and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the global, monthly financial close and consolidation process, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and other applicable reporting standards.

Apply cost accounting methodologies and perform detailed manufacturing accounting and analysis to support the company's operations.

Prepare and deliver timely and accurate financial statements and reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business to implement financial processes and reporting improvements.

Conduct analysis and interpretation of financial data to ensure accuracy and support data-driven decision-making.

Partner with other global teams to ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in processes and support ongoing initiatives related to automation and scalable growth.

Requirements

Qualifications:

7-10 years of progressive financial and accounting experience, with direct responsibility for global financial consolidations and complex closing processes.

Strong understanding of and experience with U.S. GAAP and financial reporting, particularly for global operations.

Advanced knowledge of cost accounting methodologies, particularly in manufacturing environments.

Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and an ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive and collaborative mindset, with a proven history of successfully working with cross-functional, global teams.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
