As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Coverage in Reynoldsburg, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you'll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability-giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure environment. By conducting regular patrols and remaining visible, you help to deter security-related incidents while providing excellent customer service. You'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the site through clear communication, teamwork, and a commitment to Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and integrity. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel in accordance with Allied Universal and client site protocols.

Maintain clear and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations during patrols.

Follow all site-specific instructions and guidelines to support the security-related needs of the location.

Collaborate with other team members and site personnel to address any security-related concerns or situations as they arise.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
