What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Monitor and control access to the facility, verifying credentials and permissions as required by site-specific procedures.
Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with access-related inquiries and directions.
Help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence at designated access points within the manufacturing and industrial location.
Respond to incidents and access control issues in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the perimeter and entry/exit points to observe and report any security-related concerns.
Document and report all access control activities, incidents, and observations according to Allied Universal and client policies.
Support emergency response activities as instructed, including facilitating building lockdowns or evacuations as necessary.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
