As a Dispatch Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring access points, managing communications, and responding to security-related incidents. Your responsibilities include routine patrols, assisting personnel and visitors, and helping to deter potential issues through your presence and attention to detail. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Mon03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Tue03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Monitor and manage communication systems, including incoming and outgoing calls, radios, and alarms to support operations at the location.

Dispatch security personnel and coordinate responses to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all dispatch activities, incidents, and communications.

Liaise with on-site staff and management to relay important information and updates as needed.

Conduct regular system checks of communication and alarm equipment to help to deter disruptions to security-related operations.

Follow site-specific protocols for reporting and escalating security-related issues or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
