Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team on a Contract basis. The Project Assistant supports project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring ongoing projects.

This role requires excellent coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist with project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate communication between project team members.

Track progress and update project management systems.

Prepare meeting notes and assist with reporting and analysis.

Support procurement and logistical needs.

Requirements

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

2+ years of experience in project coordination or administration.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
