Our member coaches provide support, guidance, accountability and education to our members and our communities. We are seeking a part time individual who is highly motivated with a passion for helping others improve their lives through fitness, nutrition, and recovery. Day to day activities include finding people to help and helping the people you find, help to keep our exceptionally clean facilities exceptionally clean, and continually learning new ways to help our members with their health and wellness goals! Key Responsibilities Fitness consultations - our coaches conduct fitness consultations for new members, which include goal setting, a body scan and fitness assessment, sample workout, and next step recommendations. Training services - our coaches deliver high-quality, 1-on-1 and small group workouts with energy and enthusiasm. Educate - our coaches educate members on safe and effective training programs, provides nutrition guidance, and promotes recovery. Drives results - our coaches drive member success through member attendance and metric tracking. Understand how to administer body scan technology and interpret results. Engage with digital coaching platforms to assist and motivate clients outside of the club. Provide excellent customer service through member engagement and client accountability. Goals & alignment - our coaches are responsible for achieving a monthly revenue goals established by the management team. Partner alongside member sales team to promote membership growth. Attend weekly/monthly team meetings. Keep our exceptionally clean facilities exceptionally clean - our coaches participate and ensure facility cleanliness, tidiness and a safe environment! Continued learner - our coaches demonstrate a drive for career development through continued education and leadership opportunities and remains current on certifications, CPR/First Aid, and new trends in the industry. Qualifications Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification such as NASM, ACSM or ISSA or educational equivalent such as an associates, bachelors or masters degree in a related field. CPR, First Aid, and AED Certified or become certified within 30 days of employment Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED Knowledge of fitness, endurance training, strength / power training and program design, using the tools given to optimize client results Strong ability to coach and manage time, motivating multiple clients in a group setting Ability to work with clients from all walks of life, abilities and goals. Appetite for delivering coaching services virtually through in-app messaging, video chatting and more. Strong communication skills and team player. Availability Monday - Thursday late afternoon - evenings plus 1 weekend day. Preferred Requirements 1 year of personal training experience or equivalent.
