What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting in maintaining order within the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure atmosphere for employees, visitors, and merchandise.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities within the premises to the appropriate parties.
Collaborate with store management and Allied Universal team members to address concerns and support a positive shopping experience for all patrons.

Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
