As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Driver in Oshkosh, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor designated areas, conduct regular patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will interact with staff and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly to support a positive environment. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions and communicating with appropriate personnel as needed.
Monitor access points and observe activities on the premises to help to deter potential issues and report irregularities.
Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site contacts to support a secure environment.
Remain aware of site-specific protocols and adapt to varying working environments and conditions at the location.
What We're Looking For:

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Ability to work at sites with limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
