As a Security Professional - Industrial Patrol in Oshkosh, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to everyone on site. Mon04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Tue04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Wed04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Thur04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Fri04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both indoor and outdoor areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe for unusual activity, potential hazards, and/or maintenance concerns during patrols and report findings according to site procedures.

Communicate clearly with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding any incidents or concerns encountered during patrols.

Assist with access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and documenting visitor information as required by site policies.

Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members to maintain a visible presence and support a secure environment for all personnel at the location.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
