What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a location serving the aerospace and defense sector.
Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by maintaining a visible presence and responding to inquiries.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering secure areas.
Report and document any unusual occurrences, incidents, or security-related concerns as required by site procedures.
Support emergency response activities as directed, including evacuation and lockdown procedures.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed in response to incidents.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
Must possess a valid armed guard card or license as required by law.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Pepper spray certification is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
