Work Setting: In person, some remote opportunity, and/or flexible working hours, not a fully remote position.

Salary Range: $65,000-$90,000 plus comprehensive benefits package.

Years of Industry Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Security Clearance Requirement: Must be able to obtain and maintain Active DoD Secret Clearance.

Where you make an impact: For this opportunity, we are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Associate Systems Engineer. This exciting position will have the chance to work on just about any aspect there is as it pertains to Model-Based Systems Engineering. You will contribute to the full systems engineering lifecycle, requirements analysis, design, integration, testing, and sustainment, helping to ensure that hardware, software, and networked applications function together as a cohesive whole. Systems engineers see the "big picture," balancing technical detail with cost, schedule, and performance trade-offs to deliver resilient, mission-ready solutions.

What does this mean to you? We are seeking expertise in model-based systems engineering such as:

Generating models of systems or hardware and maintaining the models as configurations change

Adding layers of data such as safety and cybersecurity for enhanced usability and capability of MBSE

Conducting requirements analysis and verification

Assisting in the development or architecture models and simulations

Let's talk salary. The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 and goes up to $90,000 , based on your qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package and have fringe benefits offered throughout the year. The benefits package value ranges from $13,000 for a single employee, and up to $28,000 for an employee and their family. With company standard annual performance reviews in place, plus excellence recognition awards, your performance will be rewarded and appreciated, we promise!

Lastly, as we are working for the DoD, we are beholden to some requirements. The ideal candidate would already possess an active DoD Secret level clearance .
