Deep understanding of modern software development and test automation with demonstrated experience building infrastructure to test mission critical systems.

Intense focus on quality, security and scalability.

Demonstrated expertise with object-oriented languages (Python, C#, C++).

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, effectively and efficiently both in writing and verbally.

Knowledge of Agile development principles and processes.

Proven competence with test automation supporting technologies and architectures.

Experience with revision control systems (Git)

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a very fast paced and close- knit team environment

Ability and desire to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities

Academic achievements are important, but we're flexible for passionate software developers. It's simpler if you have a B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or the equivalent. An advanced degree is even better.

Of course, we build critical infrastructure, so you'll need to have background check results that are satisfactory to SEL and negative drug test results.
