What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by implementing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including participation in emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a composed, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment for employees and visitors.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure setting.
Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas within the financial institution to support compliance with security-related protocols.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to staff and visitors.
Document and report security-related incidents, suspicious activities, and/or hazards according to Allied Universal and site protocols.
Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency personnel when required for security-related incidents.
What We're Looking For:
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess an armed guard card or license.
Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and/or baton is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
