Now Hiring: Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health

Location: Antigo, WI

Schedule: 13 weeks | Day shift, 8-430, M-F & will rotate 1 Saturday every 6-8 weeks

IMPORTANT: Must reside 50 or more miles from zip code 54409

Key Responsibilities:

Implement a comprehensive range of therapeutic techniques including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to enhance patient mobility and alleviate pain

Utilize assistive devices effectively to support patient function and independence

Provide patient and caregiver education on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies to support long-term outcomes

Will work with adult/geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis

Will have 4-5 visits on average per day

Qualifications:

Current WI state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Current AHA BLS is required

Experience in home health settings is preferred

Pay Breakdown:

$1,184 per week (taxable)

$1,246 weekly per diem (non-taxable)

Mileage reimbursed at government approved rate

Pay Details: $2,430.00 per week
