JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARY: Provide quality service in label and print design for various printing processes. Works closely with internal team and Sales Representatives. Enter paper supplies order from our Customers and Sales Representatives. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Designs new print copies for manufacturing to run based on customer sample or supplied information for folders, labels, and indexes. Provide quality service by creating Tabquik label designs and providing the proof approval to the Sales Rep in the target lead-time (2 to 3 working days). Manage and perform pre-sales support i.e. product form/fit/function advice, pricing information) by providing service to our customers in a timely and responsive manner. Manage and perform the order processing and entry requirements by ensuring all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Manage post-order entry service requirements by providing timely and responsive phone support for our customers. Ensure quote and order pricing accuracy by following company policies and guidelines. Build quality, long-lasting business relationships with customers, field sales personnel, distribution, production, and administrative support departments. ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Manufacturing printing experience is preferred. Customer Service experience is preferred. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential. Ability to read and interpret a ruler is required. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Knowledge of Paper supplies manufacturing departments, processes, and production flow is preferred. Must possess solid analytical, problem solving, planning, and organizational skills.
