We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Corporate Strategic Finance, to lead expense planning and forecasting. This role will oversee long-range expense modeling, manage LRP cube consolidation and reporting, and drive annual planning and target distribution across business units. The position plays a key role in enhancing expense management and improving forecast accuracy through strategic insights and process optimization.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial modeling across Expense, Headcount (HC), and Capex, with a sharp business acumen to translate data into actionable strategies. Success in this role requires a collaborative mindset and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business performance goals.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Thinking
Leads annual and long-range planning (LRP), setting expense and headcount targets to align with corporate goals and optimize investment decisions.
Develops strategic recommendations for senior leadership, analyzing operating leverage, trade-offs, and scenario planning to guide resource allocation.
Stakeholder Influence
Partners with Strategic Finance and cross-functional teams to define margin frameworks, build P&L models, and drive visibility into business performance.
Influences decision-making by providing a consolidated corporate perspective on expense, headcount, and capex across business units.
Execution & Organization
Enhances efficiency and scalability by automating the end-to-end LRP submission process and improving expense management workflows.
Leads ad hoc projects and process optimization initiatives to strengthen reporting consistency, data integrity, and operational execution.
Performance Management
Leverages AI and analytics to streamline expense dashboards, forecasts, and reports, improving accuracy and insight for executive reviews.
Improves forecast precision through data-driven analysis, proactive risk and opportunity management, and close partnership with business finance teams.
Culture & Values
Fosters collaboration, accountability, and innovation across Finance teams to deliver transparent, inclusive, and high-impact financial planning.
Champions continuous learning and process improvement, modeling curiosity and adaptability in a fast-evolving financial environment.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 8 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrates strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable financial plans
Skilled in financial modeling and forecasting across Expense, Headcount, and Capex, with deep understanding of margin and operating leverage
Communicates insights clearly and persuasively to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and driving continuous process improvement.
Builds trusted relationships and fosters collaboration across diverse teams.
Champions data quality, automation opportunities, and scalable solutions to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
