MCA is seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive with deep knowledge of cellular networks, cellular technologies, and wireless data solutions . This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage a multi-state territory. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. This role is remote but must be seated within MCA's footprint. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Develop and manage a robust sales funnel focused on cellular and wireless routing solutions across TX, OK, LA, and AR.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities using market intelligence, marketing tools, and strategic outreach.

Understand and communicate the full scope of MCA's wireless and data solution offerings to deliver clear customer value.

Accurately forecast sales and maintain accountability for pipeline and performance metrics.

Document all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

Strong technical knowledge of IP networking, wireless data technologies, and cellular infrastructure, with an understanding of how these solutions are applied in industrial and public safety environments.

A highly motivated, self-starting attitude with a strong drive for results and accountability.

Proven success as a Sales Hunter , consistently meeting or exceeding quotas and revenue goals.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and adapt to diverse customer personalities.

Exceptional time and territory management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

Experience working independently from a home office while maintaining high performance.

Familiarity with CRM platforms and disciplined record-keeping.

Technical understanding of IP networking , cellular wireless data technologies , and related cellular infrastructure.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and phone etiquette.
