Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Laborer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Laborer, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the movement and handling of metal materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing Laborer
Location: Fayette, AL
Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM & some Saturday work is required
What's the Job?
Retrieve steel materials from the sandblasting booth and transport them to designated stations
Remove excess material from steel pieces to ensure quality and safety standards
Handle and move metal components safely and efficiently
Use hand tools and power tools as needed to support the manufacturing process
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity
What's Needed?
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and stand for long periods
Stable employment history demonstrating reliability and commitment
Comfort with manual material handling and physical labor
Willingness to work the required hours, including some Saturdays
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus
