Description We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Los Angeles, California. This position focuses on delivering exceptional service to clients by overseeing operational excellence, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead teams effectively to meet performance goals and ensure seamless communication between operations and client services.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the quality of service delivery across the client's Reprographics Office printer fleet.

Implement and maintain standardized processes for all operational activities.

Monitor operational controls and ensure timely fulfillment of management reporting requirements.

Execute action items outlined in account plans to drive client satisfaction.

Foster open communication between operations and client services to address critical issues effectively.

Manage staff performance by setting clear objectives, providing feedback, and encouraging skill development.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the team.

Investigate and resolve escalated client issues, ensuring significant matters are communicated to leadership.

Analyze and manage performance metrics against contract targets to achieve operational goals.

Train and mentor team members, offering development opportunities to enhance their skills and expertise. Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail is required.

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a customer service-focused environment.

Proven ability to implement solutions that resolve performance issues and optimize operations.

Strong knowledge of operational processes, compliance standards, and financial management.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.

Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Proficiency in reporting and tracking performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
