Manufacturing Technician - 2nd and 3rd Shift

Manpower is now hiring for our client, a full-service, tier-one automotive and industrial component supplier, who is seeking Manufacturing Technicians to join their team in Trenton .

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting quality assurance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Trenton, OH

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour

Available Work Schedules:

2nd shift: 2:40 pm - 11:00 pm Monday - Friday

3rd shift : 10:40 pm - 7:00 am Sunday - Thursday

What's the Job?

Perform production and/or assembly of parts in a safe manner adhering to all safety policies.

Conduct visual and gage inspections of parts produced by various manufacturing processes.

Pack parts into specified containers as per standards.

Maintain 5S and LEAN Manufacturing standards while contributing to team initiatives.

Communicate effectively to avoid unplanned downtime and inform leadership of maintenance needs.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED required.

1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.

1-3 years of machine operating and troubleshooting experience preferred.

Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, and electrical disciplines preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
