Process Improvement Internship (Summer 2026)

Job Description POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Process Improvement team as a Process Improvement Intern. This internship offers exposure to various facets of sales, services, and operations management and provides an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and possesses strong problem-solving skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with team members to identify inefficiencies in operational processes and propose solutions for improvement Collect, analyze, and present data related to key performance indictors (KPIs) and operational metrics. Prepare reports to track progress and identify trends Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational processes, procedures, and compliance requirements. Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure products or services meet established standards and customer requirements. QUALIFICATIONS Must be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated work ethic and detail-orientation Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality work Collaboration and teamwork PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS No special Physical Requirements TRAVEL REQUIRED None The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv's Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.
