Summary This position is located in the Facilities Services Directorate (FSD), Integrated Technology Division (ITD), and Information Technology Management Branch (ITMB). The ITD mission is to deliver Information Technology (IT) services, business applications, commercial cloud support, geospatial data, facilities records, data analytics, cybersecurity, and training to advance the effectiveness of front-facing FSD functions supporting WHS and Mission Partners of the Department Of Defense (DoD). Responsibilities This position is being filled under Direct Hire Authority (DHA) in accordance with Section 1109 of FY 2020 NDAA; P.L. 116-92 and Section 9905 of Title 5, U.S.C. Serves as an IT Project Manager and assists the ITD in leading the IT systems management by interpreting general guidelines, implementing the IT projects, applications operation and maintenance, software development, cloud migration, cloud services management and troubleshooting, cybersecurity policies implementation, business process changes, and developing enhancement plans and specifications for IT operational and management systems. Other duties may include but are not limited to: Monitor business system conversions to ensure that they successfully address FSDs functional business needs. Provide communication bridge between FSD and the IT services provider and works with both organizations to propose changes to business processes and IT systems to satisfy requirements and enhance the effectiveness and efficiencies of the organization. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for new and current supported software and system changes. Act as a primary liaison between functional areas within FSD and DISA/cloud provider to support IT services, capture requirements, system maintenance, project management, design, system development, and resource planning. Work closely with IT services providers involved with software development, Risk Management Framework/Authority to Operate (RMF/ATO), Zero Trust (ZT) implementation, business system upgrades, or change implementation in support of FSD.
