Office Manager

Location: Zeeland, MI Pay: $30/hour

Job Summary

Are you a highly organized and experienced professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a growing manufacturing environment? We're seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and financial operations. In this role, you'll work directly with ownership to streamline processes, manage accounting functions, and improve efficiency across the organization while maintaining a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Office Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

Managing all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Handling payroll, data entry, and maintaining financial records using QuickBooks Pro.

Performing bank reconciliations, filing, and general office organization.

Coordinating with production staff to schedule projects, track work orders, and monitor progress.

Running errands and providing administrative support to company leadership.

In addition, you'll assist with continuous improvement efforts and may support CAD design projects when needed.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.

10+ years of proficient experience with QuickBooks Pro.

10+ years of experience performing bank reconciliations and using Microsoft 365.

Must have good credit and be able to pass a criminal background check.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

CAD experience is preferred but not required.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in financial management.

Self-motivated, dependable, and confident in decision-making.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
