Operations Project Coordinator

Job Description

Insight Global's client in the data center industry is seeking an experience Project Coordinator to join the operations organization and assist with several multi-million dollar projects. The organization is moving into Monday.com so experience navigating that tool is a necessary skill as well as working within a global enterprise level environment. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-PMO administrative tasks

-Project tracking

-Overseeing several projects within the program at once

-Coordinating between global stakeholders

-Owning reporting tasks

Skills and Requirements

-4+ years of experience in project coordinations

-Enterprise level project experience

-Experience owning PMO administrative tasks

-Expert within the MS suite

-Working knowledge of Monday.com

-Experience utilizing project tracking tools such as Smartsheets, Jira or MS Project

-Understanding of organizational change management

-Ability to oversee multiple multi-million dollar projects at once

-Global teams experience

-Great communication skills -Data center background

-Understanding of IT Infrastructure
