As a Key Account Manager, you'll contribute to our success in the following ways:

Assists in hiring JR Account Executive or Account Executive as identified in the business plan for growth within Key Account(s) network of partners. Trains, mentors and/or partners with these positions to ensure metrics are achieved and we meet the account needs and specifications for the highest level of customer service, communication, and account satisfaction.

Acquires a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

Expands the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

Serves as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

Ensures internal communication and processes are in place for customer service.

Resolves any issues and problems faced by customers.

Liaisons between the Key Accounts and Elara to work through challenges to maintain trust.

Ensures growth in Key metrics of a Key Account and in the accounts network of providers.

Meets key requirements by providing timely expense reporting, RSL utilization, QBR engagement, trella utilization, etc.

What is Required?

Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent combination of experience and education

5+ years' experience Key Account position providing solutions-based customer/account management

3+ years' experience in a leadership role for Key Account growth

Ability to build and maintain quality relationships with referral sources and internal partners.

Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and Word

Ability to travel as needed based on territory demographic or organizational need

You will report to the Area Vice President of Sales.
