Salary: $75,000 - $80,000; $840 car allowance; plus commission, 40%+ travel

Position Overview

The Solution Sales Specialist is a high-impact, hunter-style role focused on driving high margin new business. This individual will be responsible for identifying and closing opportunities by leveraging our suite of remote guarding, mobile guarding, and technology solutions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technology sales professional with a consultative approach and a passion for showcasing client value.

Key Responsibilities

Drivenewbusiness growthbyidentifying,qualifying,and closinghigh-marginsales opportunities.

Developandexecute strategic prospecting plans to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrationsof ourremote guarding, mobile guarding and security technologies.

Engageinconsultative selling to understandclient needs and tailorsolutions that showcase clear businessvalue.

WorkcloselywiththeVicePresidentof ClientSolutionsand Area VicePresidentsto align sales strategieswith client needs.

Collaborate with marketingandsales operations to commercialize new solutionsand drive go-to-market success.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

MaintainaccuraterecordsofsalesactivitiesandpipelineprogressinCRMsystems.

Staycurrentonindustrytrends,competitivelandscape,andemergingtechnologies.

Qualifications

Proven track record of successintechnology sales, preferably insecurity,surveillance, or Saas environments.

Strong huntermentality with demonstrated expertise in prospecting and lead generation.

Exceptionalcommunication and presentation skills,with the ability tosimplify complex technology solutions.

Consultativesellingapproachwithafocusonbuildinglong-termclientrelationships.

Self-motivated,goal-oriented,and able to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Bachelor'sdegreeinBusiness,Marketing,orrelatedfield preferred.
