Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable administrative professional to support invoice processing for our standalone ship centers. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely handling of vendor invoices.

Responsibilities

Receive and review vendor-submitted invoices via email.

Cross-reference each invoice with its corresponding paper copy to verify accuracy and completeness.

Submit verified invoices for managerial approval and payment processing.

Maintain organized records and filing systems for invoice documentation.

Perform general office duties including light data entry, answering phone calls, faxing, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any discrepancies.

Experience in administrative support roles (2+ years)

Data entry with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

2+ years of general accounting/invoice processing/billing experience

High School Diploma

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in the truck repair and automotive industry is a plus!

Proficiency in using a proprietary webpage on company computers

Possess accurate typing skills and able to @type 45 words per minute

Work Environment

This role is based in an office setting, where you will work at a desk for the majority of the day. The position is initially a 6-month contract, with potential for extensions of 3, 2, or possibly another 6 months based on performance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.36 - $23.36/hr.
