What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and check credentials of individuals entering restricted areas within the aerospace and defense environment.
Document and report any observed irregularities, unusual occurrences, or security-related incidents according to established protocols.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders as needed during critical situations.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to employees and visitors at the location.
Participate in ongoing training and drills to stay prepared for emergency response and security-related duties specific to the aerospace and defense sector.
What We're Looking For:
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas.
Must have an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
CPR Certification is preferred.
An Armed Guard Card or License is required.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
