About the Role:

Our client, a reputable and growing company in commercial construction, is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Exec. Assistant who is fluent in English and Spanish and brings proven experience from a construction office setting. This role demands someone who is proactive, highly organized, tech-savvy, and ready to wear many hats in a dynamic team environment.

? Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to project managers, supervisors, and office staff

Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and documents in English and Spanish

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics for internal and external teams

Draft and format reports, proposals, and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Assist with job site documentation, permits, and subcontractor paperwork

Track inventory and order office supplies

Support payroll, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and office tasks using QuickBooks

What You Bring:

1+ years of administrative experience in the construction field (related)

Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)

Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software

Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Ability to stay composed and efficient in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment - construction: you already know

High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus

Occasional travel (local) and overtime availability.
