Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our legal team, providing essential support to attorneys through calendaring, scheduling, travel arrangements, expense management, and office/event support.

Responsibilities

Support attorneys with scheduling and managing calendars using Outlook.

Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reporting.

Assist with office and event support tasks as needed.

Provide excellent customer service and handle diverse personalities with professionalism.

Essential Skills

1+ year of customer service experience with strong people skills.

1+ year of experience with Outlook calendaring.

1+ year of administrative support experience, including data entry and clerical tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in roles such as receptionist or front desk is beneficial.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Work Environment

The position is based onsite, requiring attendance five days a week at our Redmond campus. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
