Assembly Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Horicon, WI (53032)

Duration: 24 months (contract extension potential)

Type : W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)

Pay: Negotiable depending on direct-related experience

Work Authorization: Must be currently in the United States with active employment authorization documents without CURRENT sponsorship requirements.

Top Three Must-Haves:

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication skills for all levels of organization.

Assembly process and tooling knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

Spend approximately 50% of the day working on the shop floor.

Occasionally lift up to 35 lbs, though this will be infrequent.

Problem solving and trouble shooting skills are essential.

Excellent communication skills for all levels of organization. The role involves direct line support for production employees and communicating project progress to management.

Knowledge of assembly processes and tooling is highly preferred.

Education & Experience:

Education Preferred: Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, etc.) or 5+ years of experience as a manufacturing engineer.

Years of Experience Required: 2-3 years in a manufacturing environment. Recent graduates with relevant internships will be considered, but compensation will reflect experience level.

Assembly backgrounds and processes are highly preferred.
