Description We are looking for a dynamic and meticulous Sales Support specialist to join our growing team in Ledgewood, New Jersey. This newly created role is central to enhancing customer experiences and ensuring smooth operations within a fast-paced business environment. The position is permanent and requires on-site presence five days a week.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, providing detailed information about products and services.

Generate quotes for prospective clients and identify opportunities to upsell products.

Resolve customer service issues promptly, while gathering feedback to improve offerings.

Assist the managing partner by organizing tasks, tracking priorities, and maintaining overall efficiency.

Support sales processes with accurate order entry and follow-up communication.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination between manufacturing, baking, and shipping operations.

Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Contribute to creating a positive and organized work environment for both customers and colleagues. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.

Strong skills in inbound and outbound sales, as well as post-sales support.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities.

Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional follow-through and memory.

Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced setting.

Efficiency and intelligence with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Proficiency in order entry and related sales systems.
