In data analysis at PwC, you will focus on utilising advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. You will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualisation, and statistical modelling to support clients in solving complex business problems.

Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. The Opportunity

As part of the Customer Consulting - Customer Experience team you are expected to lead the execution and management of multiple, simultaneous digital strategy engagements. As a Director you are expected to set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. This role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the future leaders.

Responsibilities

Establish and drive the strategic direction for digital strategy projects

Spearhead business development to expand client base

Oversee the management of multiple, concurrent engagements

Build and maintain relationships with executive clients

Shape client engagements to deliver significant results

Mentor and develop the next generation of leaders

Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment

Confirm the adoption of advanced digital solutions

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

8 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

Master's Degree preferred

Proficiency in Voice of the Customer Analysis

Analyzing customer economics and business performance

Conducting customer segmentations and segmentation strategies

Developing customer-centric operating models

Proficiency in pricing and profitability strategy

Managing interactions with senior leadership

Proven leadership in writing and visual communications

Business transformation skills with quantifiable results

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
