Our client, a leading manufacturer in the textile industry, is seeking a dedicated sewing machine operator to join their team. As an Operator, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the manufacturing team to ensure high-quality comforters are produced efficiently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title:Sewing Machine Operator

Location: CHIPLEY, FL

Pay Range: $14.00

Shift: Monday - Thursday 6a-4p, some Fridays

What's the Job?

Operate sewing machines to close the sides of comforters with precision and care

Stand for extended periods during the shift to maintain productivity

Perform light lifting to handle materials and finished products safely

Follow safety guidelines and quality standards throughout the production process

Assist team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; training will be provided

Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
