Key Roles and Duties
Support high-impact business initiatives by contributing to meaningful projects that directly support business objectives and client outcomes
Collaborate on strategic presentations and research projects, contributing to PowerPoint and Excel deliverables and analytical materials that inform key business decision-making
Support a variety of projects by helping to coordinate project materials and meetings to ensure seamless information flow across teams

Office of Chief Administrative Office (TDOSS)
The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer orchestrates and advances the program management office to execute strategy, transformation, simplification and operational effectiveness for the Technology, Digital Operations, and Shared Services (TDOSS) organization. Partnering closely with senior leadership on enterprise initiatives, the OCAO is also responsible for the buildout of the First Line Risk Center of Excellence. Additionally, they serve as the point leader for all audit issues, working collaboratively with the audit team and leadership.
The TDOSS OCAO demonstrates commitment to strategic execution, operational excellence, risk management, and maintaining strong audit oversight through centralized coordination and cross-functional partnership.

Supplier Data Insights Team (Frisco, TX):
The Supplier Data Insights Intern will support the TDOSS Supplier Engagement & Governance (SEG) team by contributing to the development and enhancement of supplier dashboards, performance metrics, and governance reporting. This role is ideal for a data-curious individual interested in vendor management, analytics, and enterprise tooling.
Key Responsibilities include:
Assist in updating and validating vendor and contingent workforce dashboards used in quarterly business reviews.
Support invoice reconciliation efforts and help ensure KPI and reporting standards are met across supplier engagements.
Contribute to the SEG Marketplace and SEG Hub content, helping improve internal transparency and usability of supplier data tools.
Participate in feedback cycles for SEG Hub enhancements and user experience improvements.
Help document and streamline supplier data flows across RAM+, SEG Hub, and PITR forms.
Learning Opportunities
Exposure to supplier governance frameworks and performance score-carding.
Hands-on experience with business intelligence dashboards and data visualization tools.
Understanding of procurement lifecycle, vendor onboarding, and strategic sourcing.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams including sourcing, finance, and IT asset governance.
Desired Skills:
Sophomore pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and interest in data storytelling.
Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.

Business Controls and Service Provider Team (Charlotte, NC)
The Business Controls and Service Provider Intern will support business areas in executing their 1LOD risk program execution, as well as identifying and assessing controls in the RKT transformation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Support strategic controls work across Client Services, Enterprise Analytics, and Record Keeping Transformation.
Assist in analysis and presentations
Collaborate with team members, business partners, and cross-functional partners, including the broader Business Controls community
Contribute to executing operational risk programs (e.g., RCSA, business continuity), process-level control assessments, and control-related executive reporting.

Strategic Initiative Management Team (Charlotte, NC)
The Strategic Initiative Management Intern will provide day to day support across the teams within the Chief of Staff area including project management support, event management support, and data analysis support.
Key Responsibilities:
Support with event planning and communications
Assist in data analysis related to AI usage and readiness
Collaborate with team members to learn about each area and assist in project management tasks (calendars, progress, follow-ups, etc)
Present findings and learnings through data research and gatherings along with assigned learnings related to groups function
IT Risk & Controls Intern (Frisco, TX or Charlotte, NC)
The IT Risk & Controls Intern will learn and engage in the TIAA IT Risk and Control ecosystem. by assisting the IT Risk, Controls, and Issue Management Team in their day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Attending meeting supporting issue identification and development
Assisting with the entry of IT-related risks and controls into the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) System of Record (SoR)
Developing AI-related code to simplify the current Risk and Control Self-Assessment process
Desired Skills:
Sophomore pursuing a Bachelor's in Accounting, Forensic Sciences, Cybersecurity, or AML/Machine Learning

Base Pay Range: $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
