What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors and staff while upholding the standards of Allied Universal.
Document and report incidents, observations and/or unusual occurrences according to site protocols.
Assist with access control procedures and visitor management as required by site-specific guidelines.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
