Location: Saint Paul, near the Grand Casino Arena Work Model: Full time onsite Scheudle: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Job Type: Contract through years end 2025 Salary: $20 per hour About the Position Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Document Control Assistant to support our team's data and records management efforts. This role is responsible for retrieving, downloading, and organizing information from multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, security, and confidentiality. The right candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of data with precision. Key Responsibilities Retrieve and manage data from various internal systems while following strict data security standards. Download, file, and maintain digital records in designated folders to ensure easy access and compliance. Safeguard sensitive and confidential information at all times. Perform accurate data entry and routine records management tasks. Work closely with team members to confirm data consistency, accuracy, and reliability. Support document management processes using IBM Content Navigator Filenet. Qualifications Experience in document or records management preferred. Knowledge of IBM Content Navigator Filenet is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks. Comfortable working with large data sets and performing basic analysis. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
