As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols and provide outstanding customer service and communication to all personnel and visitors. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor the location for any unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to established protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal.
Complete required documentation and incident reports as needed.
Follow all site-specific instructions and guidelines relevant to the aerospace and defense environment.
What We're Looking For:
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
